1. General Terms

345bet is an online betting and gaming platform that offers sports betting, live casino games, crash games, jackpot slots and card games to registered users. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 345bet, including but not limited to cricket betting, sports betting, live dealer card games and crash games.

The 345bet platform operates at https://345bet.cash. Access to the platform and use of any of its products constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to all players. Where any translation exists for informational purposes, the English version prevails in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. All communications between 345bet and registered players will be conducted in English or Urdu.

345bet reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is always published on this page with the revision date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 345bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 345bet operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You may only hold one account on 345bet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and must keep this information current at all times.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or using any feature of the platform.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Registration

To create a 345bet account, you must provide a valid mobile number, a chosen password, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share them with anyone.

You must notify 345bet immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 345bet will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your login details.

3.2 Account Currency

All accounts on 345bet operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bets, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are all denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion — what you deposit in PKR is exactly what is reflected in your account balance.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

345bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering requirements. You may be asked to verify your identity by providing a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the 345bet platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account on the platform
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players at live card game tables to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Attempting to reverse transactions or payments made to 345bet through chargebacks

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

345bet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR with no platform-side fees charged by 345bet, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in the majority of cases. If a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

All deposit methods must be in your own name. 345bet does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be voided and returned, with the account subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your issuing bank.

345bet reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard security and compliance measure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

345bet is committed to preventing financial crime. We monitor transactions and account activity for patterns consistent with money laundering. Where suspicious activity is detected, we are required to suspend accounts and report to relevant authorities. Attempting to launder money through 345bet will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Betting Rules

These general betting rules apply across all sports and event markets on 345bet. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues and game types may apply in addition to these general rules and are available within the relevant section of the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the 345bet system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number — for example due to a connection interruption during placement — are not considered accepted and no liability attaches to 345bet for such unconfirmed bets.

345bet reserves the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part, without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. This includes refusing bets that are suspected to be based on insider information or where unusual betting patterns have been detected.

5.2 Odds and Market Settlement

All odds are displayed in decimal format and represent the total return (stake multiplied by decimal odds) for a winning bet. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply — subsequent changes do not affect accepted bets.

Markets are settled as soon as reasonably possible after the relevant event concludes. For in-play cricket markets, individual ball-by-ball and over markets settle immediately after each delivery or over respectively. If a market is settled in error, 345bet reserves the right to correct the settlement, including reversing payouts made on the basis of an incorrect result.

5.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is determined, all pre-match bets for that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts within 24 hours. In-play markets that have already settled prior to abandonment will generally stand. Specific rules apply for cricket matches reduced by rain or other stoppages — please refer to the cricket betting rules section for details.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet size is Rs 100 across all markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and player account status. Maximum limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by 345bet at any time based on market conditions, event risk and individual account assessment.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

345bet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rs 25,000, matching 100% of the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 1,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your account within 60 seconds of your qualifying deposit being confirmed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 345bet are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is communicated at the point of offer. Bets placed on different game types may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements — the contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Rules and Restrictions

• A player may only receive the welcome bonus once. Creating a second account to claim the welcome bonus again is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 345bet reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• If we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse has taken place — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any wagering progress not used before the expiry date will be forfeited. The expiry date is communicated when the bonus is credited.

7. Responsible Gaming

345bet takes its responsible gaming obligations extremely seriously. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools and support to help our players stay in control. 7.1 Age Verification

We do not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to access or use the 345bet platform. We use age verification checks during registration and may conduct additional verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings panel. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a cooling-off period.

Players who feel they need a break from betting can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 345bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content and data — is the intellectual property of 345bet or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 345bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 345bet platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

345bet does not accept liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from network outages, internet disruptions or device failures beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in odds or market data that are corrected within a reasonable timeframe
• Loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

345bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for money laundering
• Creation of multiple accounts
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Use of automated software or bots to place bets
• Threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour toward 345bet staff
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after any outstanding investigations are concluded, subject to anti-fraud and AML checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact our support team. We will process account closure requests within 48 hours. Any wagering requirements on active bonuses must be considered before closure — bonus balances are forfeit upon account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

345bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For minor amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
